Family friendly cottage with lovely surroundings. Walking distance to calm child-friendly bathing bay with jetty, sauna, trampoline and crab fishing. At Ängön near Koljöfjorden near "Malö strömmar", this is where hour cottage is located - near the ocean but protected from wind. In the area you find a bathing bay, jetty, football field and boule court.

The lovely cottage have a large newly built terrace in several levels. The hall leads into the combined living room and kitchen/dining area with comfortable corner sofa, fireplace and large dining table with views through panoramic windows. An additional smaller TV room is available which provides the opportunity for privacy for various activities in the evenings. From the living room, a ladder goes up to a loft - perfect hangout area for the children. At the back of the house are two larger bedrooms containing a total of 5 beds.

The garden consists of lawn suitable for ball games, play and socializing. The back of the garden consists of the, for this area of Sweden, characteristic outcrops.

The newly built terrace connects the cottage with the garden by with help of a barbecue level. The terrace has a sunbathing area with sun most of the day and there are associated outdoor furniture and a large parasol.

Up on the outcrops, on the side of the house, you can enjoy nice shade or evening sun on a lovely reclining bench along the house side.
